    한국섬유산업연합회(회장 성기학)가 주최한 국내 최대 섬유패션 전시회 ‘프리뷰 인 서울(Preview in SEOUL, 이하 PIS) 2018’이 지난 9월 5일 코엑스 A홀에서 개막해 7일 성황리 막을 내렸다.

    주최측인 섬산련은 3일간 1만 1천여명의 참관객이 전시장을 방문하고 미래감성 소재와  첨단기술들이 선보였다고 전시회 개최 결과를 발표했다.

    또한 친환경 소재 텐셀 신제품을 출품한 오스트리아 렌징그룹, 대만 에베레스트, 중국 헝리 등 해외기업들도 관심을 모았다.

    한편 내년 PIS 2019 전시회는 8월 28일(수)부터 8월30일(금)까지 코엑스 A, B1홀에서 개최된다. 

    내년에는 20주년을 맞아 더욱 다양한 볼거리와 함께 세계적인 트렌드에 맞는 차별화 원사, 친환경 기능성 소재, 부자재, 패션의류 및 악세사리, 기계류 등 섬유 스트림별 프리미엄 아이템으로 구성할 예정이다.
